We are closed to the public on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday.  All other holidays we are open during our regular business hours.

STANDARD TOURS

Standard distillery tours and tastings are offered year-round. Tours are $15.00 per person for adults age 21 and up and include a complimentary shot glass.  Active/Retired Military, Veteran, & Police/Fire/Paramedics receive a 50% discount with ID. Tours are offered every hour on the hour, last one begins at 5pm. Tours typically last between 35-45 minutes, plus an additional 15-20 minutes for the tasting.

FOUNDER’S TOUR (Adults 21+ only, must be booked in advance)

Due to the nature of this tour, children (including infants) cannot accompany the tour.

Join MB Roland Distillery co-founder and Head Distiller, Paul Tomaszewski, for an in-depth and behind-the-scenes tour of distillery and aging warehouse. In addition to enjoying anecdotes about the history of the distillery and bourbon in general, you’ll have the opportunity to taste directly from barrels and will bottle one of our spirits directly from the barrel to take with you, along with an etched MB Roland tasting glass. As the ultimate VIP visitor experience, expect to spend 2+ hours with Paul including the tour, tasting, a barrel thieving & bottling. This tour is offered once per month, typically on a Saturday at 1:30pm CT and is $100 per person to include a tasting glass and single barrel bottle. 

DISTILLER’S TOUR (Adults 21+ only, must be booked in advance)

Due to the nature of this tour, children (including infants) cannot accompany the tour.

We offer a special Distiller’s Tour on select days each month at 1:30pm CST for adults 21+ only.  This tour consists of a more in-depth explanation of the distilling process by one of our full-time distillers, including a special “behind the scenes” sampling from select aging barrels in our rickhouse. A Distiller’s Tour typically lasts between 75 – 90 minutes.  Cost is $40 per person and includes a complimentary MB Roland official Kentucky Bourbon tasting glass with your purchase.

We offer a 20% military discount for any active duty/retired military, police, fire/paramedics for Distiller’s Tours. These typically book up several days in advance.  To reserve your spot(s) and pay for your Distiller’s Tour, click here.

PRIVATE GROUP TOUR & TASTING

For parties of 6-20 people, whether it be a family celebration, corporate outing, or other occasion, allow us to dedicate a seasoned member of our staff for a 60-75 minute tour & tasting experience.  Subject to date and time restrictions to ensure staff availability.  Standard Tour pricing applies. BOURBON: BEYOND THE BASICS

This intimate, in-depth guided tasting is designed to elevate your bourbon and whiskey tasting knowledge. Appropriate for both novice and skilled bourbon drinkers alike, this 1-hour experience is led by an Executive Bourbon Steward with a focus on qualities like color, viscosity, nose, palate, and finish. After tasting, you’ll depart with a commemorative MB Roland glass, tasting wheel, and newfound knowledge to share at your next bourbon gathering!

Note: This experience does not include a tour of the distillery, but is instead focused on expanding bourbon and whiskey tasting knowledge. 

This is a private experience for groups of 4-8 people and is priced at $25 per person, with a 10% discount extended to active duty/retired military, police, fire/paramedics.  Must be 21+ to attend. Contact us directly to schedule this experience.

TASTINGS

Standard tastings are free of charge and are offered upon request. Children are welcome in the tasting room and on tours. For safety reasons, younger or very active children should be held, kept in strollers, or their hands held when inside the distillery and aging warehouse.  Leashed pets are also welcome in the tasting room and on regular distillery tours.
